As a reminder, the club budget runs with Rotary eear which is July through June. The Corley budget is based on the calendar year.
- Reviewed the following financials:
- W-B Club account Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
- Treasures report was approved.
- William Corley Foundation Profit and Loss Balance Sheet
- This year's Club and Corley Budget.
- Joe Kraft presented the Finance & Investment Committee summary.
- No one has stepped forward to run for the President Elect position which will vacate on July 1, 2025 when Amy Kubiak steps into the President position.
- Discussion concerning of Disaster Relief by Club to California and North Carolina Disasters. Also, club to make donations to Lake Erie Nature and Science Center for Native Bloom.
- Discussion regarding Members of the Board with current existing Board members.
- Jeff Appel, John Hanna, and Justin Hein will be on the board for the term of July 24 - June 2026.
- Lisa Hebert, Hoe Hudak, Joe Kraft, and Ptty Zinn will be on the board for the term of July 2025 - June 2027.
- Corley Board Members' open positions still need to be discussed.
